No one heals alone.

When a teen or college athlete is navigating mental illness, families often get benched, watching, worrying, and wondering what to do. Family-centered care is proven to improve mental health outcomes and save lives.

TEAM BE BETTER; brings families out of the stands and into the action plan. We educate parents, partner with clinicians, and collaborate with coaches so a young person isn’t carrying it all alone.

“Dr. Brashears involved my coaches and family, and we overcame the challenges. As a student, it was such a stress reliever that care came at no cost, which I know is made possible by this community.”
