Making Mental Healthcare as Family-Centered as Physical Health

We fill the critical gap in mental health by equipping youth (13–25), parents, and care circle allies—including coaches, mentors, and relatives—with no cost 1-on-1 strategy sessions and clear action plans. Whether you are a young adult, a parent, or a supportive ally reaching out on someone's behalf—and whether clinical care is currently involved or not—we put your team in the driver's seat at 100% zero cost.
1-on-1 Strategy Sessions

We start with direct conversations—at your pace—to listen, identify core priorities, and map out where support is needed most.

Custom Action Plans

We equip the care circle with tailored communication tools, daily routines, and step-by-step action plans to navigate mental wellness together.

Care Circle Alignment

When outside therapists or doctors are involved, we bridge the gap between clinical appointments and daily life to ensure everyone operates from the exact same playbook—at 100% zero cost.

Who We Serve & Who Can Connect With Us

We support youth and young adults (ages 13–25) and the people who care about them.

Anyone in the care circle—a young adult (18–25) reaching out for themselves, or a parent, coach, mentor, or family ally—can make the first contact and either text us or book a Strategy Session.

We step in when a young person is facing stress, major life shifts, athletic pressure, or when the family needs a roadmap to support their loved one alongside outside care. And to us, family isn't just about bloodlines—it's about who stands in your corner. â€‹â€‹â€‹

What We Do

Through our Ian’s TEAM model, we bring the whole care circle together so you are never left fighting alone. In fact, 70% of the families we support early on never even need outside clinical care. We:

  • Equip Families as Team Leaders: We supply your care circle with education, support, and guidance so everyone is united.

  • Bridge Clinical & Home Life: If an outside clinician is involved, we align your therapist, school, and family on the exact same plan.

  • Direct Young Adult Engagement (Ages 18–25): We build 1-on-1 trust with young adults first, bringing the family into the circle as readiness grows.

  • Provide 1-on-1 Strategy Sessions at 100% Zero Cost: The full Ian’s TEAM Roadmap—from initial 1-on-1 sessions to care circle planning—is offered entirely free to families.

Because sustainable growth doesn't happen in isolation, active connection with your care circle is a core pillar of our model. Whether you reach out as a family member, coach, mentor, or ally—or sign up independently as a young adult or athlete—we include your unique circle of care to ensure you have a unified foundation long after our work is done.

Why Should Families Be Involved in Care?

"Families encounter significantly different levels of support and access when assisting their children with physical illnesses compared to mental illnesses. This is the age range when we can make a life-saving difference with mental health."
